Welcome to Marie's Vintage Perfumes. This store is a collection of vintage perfume bottles from the estate of Marie-Louise Fredyma, my mother who passed away in 2010 after nearly 70 years in the antique business. Marie's perfumes were a special place in her collection of antiques and vintage items and are now offered for sale as part of her estate. Description: Vintage Nina Ricci Fille d'Eve 1952 Lalique Bottle/Box. Bottle has white label with gold writting "Fille d'Eve Nina Ricci Paris". Bottle has beautiful glass stopper in shape of a ball. Bottle is sealed and original gold wire in place. Bottle is stamped on bottom "Lalique French Bottle". Bottle is 1/2 full of original perfume.Box is pink in color on outside with gold figure of 3 nudes on top and on inside has same figure along with label "Nina Ricci". She founded her company in 1932 at the age of 49. At age 18, she was designing and selling her creations to other fashion houses. When she retired in 1950, her son Robert took over the business. He expanded the company's line adding fragrances and licensing the name Nina Ricci to other manufacturers. Known throughout the world for its prestige brands of clothing and fragrance, Nina Ricci has recently unveiled its own luxurious lingerie collection. The design house also offers accessories and skin care. Founder Nina Ricci died in 1970. Her son Robert passed away in 1988. Nina Ricci was purchased by the Puig Beauty & Fashion Group of Barcelona, Spain in 1998. Nina Ricci women's fragrances include Farouche, Deci Dela - "the fragrance of five senses," and Nina Ricci's l'Air du Temps, a postwar creation dating from 1949, and still one of the world's best-selling perfumes. Premier Jour and Love In Paris perfumes are also licensed under the Nina Ricci name. Famous "bottle with the doves" and its couple of doves fluttering above the stopper was a symbol love and of tenderness. It was created in 1951 and it knew several alternatives. Robert Ricci and Marc Lalique drew this bottle with the doves. At that time, the Lalique family manufactured bottles exclusiveness for the House Ricci because Robert was very dependent with Marc Lalique. The next years, Ricci launched FILLE D’EVE (1952) CAPRICCI (1961), MADEMOISELLE RICCI (1967), FAROUCHE (1974), SIGNORICCI (1975) first male perfume, FLEURS DE FLEURS (1980), NINA (1987), DECI DELA (1995) and LES BELLES DE RICCI (1997), LES BELLES DE MINUIT (1998). Robert Ricci created the NINA perfume in homage to his late mother. Condition: Perfume bottle is in excellent condition with no cracks, scratches, or chips. Bottle is sealed with original gold wire and 1/2 full of original perfume. Box is in very good conditon with all labels intact and very little age related wear and no stains on inside or outside.
