This is a vintage no feet Long Face Clown Pez Dispenser. It has a red stem. The nose, hair, and hat are also red. The inner sleeve is pale pink and the candy button is red. The stem has the injection mold code big "4" little "4" and "U.S. PATENT 3,410,455 MADE IN AUSTRIA" imprinted on the usual area. The bottom of the inner sleeve has nothing imprinted on it. T are some whitish stress marks at the top front of the stem at both corners. T are some areas on the stem w the surface has a rough texture. These areas may or may not be manufacturing defects. They are not readily apparent unless the dispenser is held in the light a certain way. T are some minor scuff marks on the stem.
