This is a vintage no feet Captain Paul Revere Pez Dispenser that is in the original cellophane bag. He is of the "Club Med" complexion. The stem is blue. The inner sleeve is pink. The stem has the injection mold code "8" and "MADE IN AUSTRIA" imprinted on the usual area although they appear on opposite sides. The bottom of the inner sleeve has a "4" imprinted on it. T is a roll each of grape and wild cherry candy in the bag as well as a Spiderman themed insert. The sticker on his hat is slightly discolored, see photo. The speck you see on the sticker at the five o'clock position was from something on the outside of the bag that is no longer t T is a tiny dark speck under his ear and two tiny dark specks on his hair behind his ear. These are on the side with the sticker, see photos. T are no holes or tears in the bag. This dispenser appears to be in mint condition. Both candy rolls appear to be in mint condition.
