Here is a lot with a New Old Stock (NOS) matching basketball uniform consisting of a jersey and shorts. Most likely from the late 1960's or early 1970's as that's when the rare style of jersey was used that had the jersey not tucked into the shorts and the team name was on the jersey. The uniform is royal blue in color with red and golden yellow trim and numbers/lettering. They were made by Southland Athletic Mfg. from Terrell, Texas. Made of 100% nylon. Probably salemans examples or samples as they have the cardboard tags on them with prices of $19.50 for the shorts and $20.00 for the jersey with an extra $1.50 for the 2 added colors for trim. The jersey is a size 40 and the shorts are a size 34. Elastic band in the shorts. ROCKETS sewn on the bottom of the front jersey and #14 sewn on the front and back of the jersey in tackle twill.
