This is a very early NY Jets Felt Pennant, it could be first year. The color combination on this Jets pennant is the same as the 1959 Green Bay Packers felt pennants.The NY Titans changed their name to the NY Jets in 1963 when Sonny Werblin purchased the team. Weeb Ewbank was then hired as the Head Coach.This pennant is in gem mint condition with strong vibrant colors and it loos like it just came off the hot print machine. There are no pin holes, no tears, no folds and I'll gamble you won't find a better specimen of this rare NY Jets Felt Pennant. Actual measurement is 29-1/2" x 12".
