The beds are 44 3/4" tall at the headboard, 28 3/4" at the foot board, 42" wide, and 79" long. The rails are 75" long and 38 1/2" wide. The tall dresser is 48 1/2" tall, 34" wide and 21" deep with 6 drawers-the top 2 are 3 1/2" deep, then 5, 6 1/2, and 7 1/2" deep-all dovetailed. The long dresser is 34 1/2" tall, 44" long, and 23" deep with 4 drawers 4 1/2, 4 1/2, 7 1/2 (with a section board), and 7 1/2 with 2 section boards making it 3 sections. Both are on wheels and offer keyholes, but no key. The mirrors are hanging type-one is 18 1/2" high X 26 1/2" long and the other is 30 1/2" high X 36 1/2" long. Both are heavy. All the pieces are strong, though the beds are UNTESTED, and offer a very romantic and whimsical feel with the gold trim and ornate carvings. The one ball at the bottom of the one bed foot board has a chip out of it, and the set could use a good cleaning, but other than that, is in sound condition. Use it for that Victorian geust room or to make a girl of any age smile! Our furniture is not new, it is all old, vintage and/or antique, and as such will show normal signs of use over the years, which may include average nicks, chips, scratches, surface blemishes or finish fading, as well as some swelling/ sticking of drawers or doors on the older items. Also, many of our treasures come from estates and may have been unused or closed up for some time and so may retain that "old" or musty smell, especially items with closed drawers and doors. If t is anything other than the above typical signs of character, we will do our best to describe that to you. As usual I start the bidding low to give everyone a chance-it does not imply t is anything wrong with the item other than what I have done my best to describe and picture. Sold as-is.
