Vintage Old Copper Brass Torch Miners Lamp

This lamp is made of copper with soldered joints and a brass cap. I found one on Ebay like it made by The American Safety Lamp & Supply. I found no markings or name on this one. It is dent free. The brass cap has a hairline crack. Originally this lamp had a thick wick but is no longer present. I have not polished the lamp leaving this to it's new owner to decided how he/she wants to display the lamp. I did clean as much of the surface dirt off as I could with a light cleaning but it does need further cleaning if the patina is to be kept for display. Nice lamp for a collection.
