An unusual fine This is a candy tin atone time sold aboard the R.M.S. Queen Mary Cunard Line ship. The side of the tin indicaes it contained - Bensons Confectionery Ltd. Bury - Lancs - England. Ingredients: sugar, corn syrup, full cream, condensed milk, refined dedo. coonut oil, chocolate, cow butter, skimed milk powder, traecle, hazel nuts, lecithen, salt, natural and artficial flavors, artificial colors. 1 lb net weight including wrapping, 15 oz. net weight of candies. Made by Bensons registered us patent office - cunard tine - England's finets confections. On the top of the tin is this wonderful picture of the ship, R.M.S. "Queen Mary" 81,237 Tons - Cunard line. T are a few scratches on the top of the tin, but still the picture on the top and wording and drawings on the side are simply wonderful. T is also a little rust on the bottom as shown in photo I believe this would have been purchased as a souvenier while on the ship. Tin measures 7 3/4inches wide x 5 1/2 x 1 3/4 inches high. You just don't find these -- bid now and ENJOY!!! Thanks for taking a look. For international buyers, the box will be 8 x 15 x 3 and will weigh 1 1/2 x pounds.
