Up for auction is a near mint Olsen OK 504 Kodiak 4 1/2 inch blade with Olsen OK H.C. MI stamp in the ricasso area. This knife is about as close to mint as you can get. Actually, I was torn between the decision to call it mint or near mint. The knife has never been carried or sharpened. The sheath is also near mint with just a few handling marks. It is stamped with the Olsen OK brand, and the snap has Olsen OK. The box unfortunately has shelf damage in different spots, which I have tried to show in the pictures. As I have stated in a couple of my listings, my uncle was a knife maker for Olsen Knife company. This is in fact one of the knives that he made. You can tell this by looking at the Olsen stamp. When he was making a knife, he would grind the ricasso area up so it would almost touch the bottom left hand corner of the O in Olsen. You can see what I mean by looking at my picture of the Olsen OK stamp. This was the way of marking the knife so people would know that it was one of his. If you have one of these in your collection, it was made by my Uncle Max. I have described this knife to the best of my ability, and hope it helps. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Brian
