This 10k Gold Filled watch case signed "watch star case company, 3099110" has an aged Omega sector dial, applied Arabic & triangle gold markers, sword hands, seconds @ 6 , manual Omega swiss 17 jewel movement 14617388, back of case has engraving, 33.34mm , circa late 1950's. Working well.
