This ring is a size 4 to about 4.25 in a gold toned mounting. There is no purity stamps. My guess is it maybe brass with gold plating. The mounting is not original to the coral and pearl cluster. It believe that part is from an antique stick pin which was removed and mounted in this ring, you can see file marks on the back. The center coral is cracked and some of the seed pearls appear worn. Please ask questions and I'll do my best to answer. It's still a very unique ring. The color of the coral is a pale orange, depending on your computer my pictures may not reflect that color.
