VINTAGE BRUSH MCCOY HAPPY SQUIRREL COOKIE JAR You are bidding on an original vintage cookie jar made by the Brush McCoy Pottery Co. It is the happy squirrel with a rare pink top hat. This fabulous old cookie jar is marked on bottom W15 USA. Stands approx 11 inches tall with a large 8x7 inch base. In very good condition for it's age with no major damage noted. T is moderate crazing throughout, mostly found on the back and underneath side of the bottom. Heavy crazing and light stains on the interior. One small glaze "blip" imperfection on the top hat is present, and one tiny "spur" on back of head. The base edges and bottom edge of the head piece also have staining as expected due to not being glazed. Two small older repairs found on close inspection to the inside rim of the squirrel head. Do not detract from this cute cookie jar. Painted in soft pastel colors of pink green and yellow with black fur with a high gloss finish. Fabulous addition to any collection, would make a great gift too. Pleased to offer at no reserve. Buyers to pay $14.95 shipping and handling via USPS Priority Mail.
