Vintage Original Herman Miller Eames Era Chair Description: Up for Auction is an Eames Herman Miller Arm Shell chair with newer rocker base. The shell has a beautiful bright blue fabric that is in "like new" condition, with no rips, tears or holes. The under shell is a dark charcoal gray that is also in "like new" condition with no cracks or chips of any kind. The trim along the fabric of the shell is in excellent condition with only a few very minor nicks consistent with age. The seams are as tight as it gets and the foam under the fabric is soft to the touch with no lumps. The rocker base has a black finish with birch runners and is a reproduction that I purchased about six months ago and it is in great shape. I came across this chair after it had been in a dry heated storage room for many years. This is truly a keeper that would make a great addition to your home or office. I have taken many pictures to show you how rare and beautiful this chair really is. Please view the pictures and ask as many questions as you would like prior to bidding. Important Shipping Info: I have no restrictions as to w I will ship this chair. However, buyers must pay all shipping costs (this includes the additional cost for an appropriate sized box). I will ship from either USPS or UPS but prefer to ship through UPS because they will allow for bigger packages and a higher weight limit.
