RARE Vintage Original "Reach For Sunbeam Bread" Advertising Push Bar Metal Tin Door SignThis Sunbeam Bread door sign brings back childhood memories of our little neighborhood grocery store, with it's apothecary jars full of penny candy, next to the jar of pickled pigs feet and the plucked chickens hanging from the wall. (The place was a sensory overload of strange smells & sights... I tried to keep my eyes focused on the candy. )Fresh to eBay, this fun original old 1940's-50's embossed metal Sunbeam Bread grocery store push bar door sign is a rare example that includes both the original "Thanks! Call Again" enameled & embossed back side, but it also includes the original mounting brackets on the sides! (All you'll need is the door!) The sign is in very good original condition for it's age, with some expected age wear to the front enamel. The enamel on the back is great, as are the brackets. The sign alone (sans the brackets) measures 27.5" wide by 3.75" tall. Including the brackets, the sign measures 30" wide. All is original with no touch ups on the enamel & no repairs. Good luck on this hard to find old treasure!
