Offered at NO RESERVE is this OUTSTANDING PAIR of 8" x 10" Vintage Original TYPE 1 PHOTOS of the GREATEST Battery Mates in the HISTORY of the Grand ole Game... LEFTY GROVE and MICKEY COCHRANE! It was these Two MEGASTARS, that led the MACKMEN to Connie Mack's SECOND Dynasty Winning the 1929 & 1930 World Series Titles, and in 1931 the lost a hard fought Seven Game Series to the Gas House Gang of St. Louis. Cochrane won his First of Two MVP's in 1928. All LEFTY did between the four year span of 1928-1931 was WIN 103 Games while dropping just 23 while picking up the 1931 MVP!
