Vintage Oval/Octagon Picture Frame w/ Bubble Glass

This auction is for an oval/octagon picture frame with the bubble glass. The frame measures approximately 18-1/4x12. The inside dimensions are approximately 16x9-3/4. T are a few scratches & dings on it but nothing major. The bubble glass is in good condition with no visible chips or cracks. The cardboard insert that fits behind the picture is still intact. However, t was a "backing" on the picture frame that is a bit tattered. On this backing is labeled "Midwest Portrait Studios" out of Portland, Oregon. On the flip side of the backing is what appears to be a page out of a magazine. It looks like maybe an article on the "Live Wire Club" or possibly a company generated news magazine. Just an opinion. Anyway, the page of this magazine is dated April 22, 1944. If not the frame, this particular paper on the backing might be of interest to someone.
