Used only for private display.Measurements: 10" tall x 5" wide Description: This is undoubtedly an intriguing, impressively attractive and beautifully hand crafted Vintage Painted Copper Enamel Celedon Modern Egyptian Art Pottery Vase. Wheel thrown with a painted copper surface with a slight green tarnish. The darker shades on the surface accent the low relief carvings. There are two primary figures illustrated on the body of yhe vade with illustrations of various vessels. There is a banded pattern along the upper flared mouth and the lower portion of the vase. The interior of this amazing vaze is a high gloss blue/green celadon glaze. Information: The art of ancient Egypt was both uniquely stylized and symbolic.
