Vintage Paramount WM L Lange Tenor Style A Banjo & Case This is an authentic William L. Lange Paramount Style "A" Tenor Banjo passed along to me from my grandfather. This Vintage 4 String Paramount WM L Lange Style A Banjo is in Excellent Condition! It has a Remo Weatherking Head. T is minimal fret wear on the banjo as you can see it is in excellent condition! T is a slight protrusion on the back panel as shown. The Patent # is 1348852 as shown in the picture below. The banjo itself is all original, however the 4 strings and skin have been recently restored and professionally tuned. This banjo comes with the case shown in the picture along with a key for the case. The case height is 34" tall and 15" in diameter. The Banjo is 33.5" in length and 13" in diameter. This is a wonderful instrument for any collector! This banjo was last played over 55 years ago. It looks like new because it was stored in my grandfather's music store in a display case. The Paramount Banjo Company was founded by William Lange and manufactured some of the highest regarded banjos during the 1920s . Again, all components of this banjo are original except for the strings and head. Thank you.
