!!VINTAGE PARKER "51" FOUNTAIN PEN DOUBLE JEWELED!!
A GORGEOUS PARKER 51 DEEP CHOCOLATE BROWN DOUBLE JEWELED W/BLUE DIAMOND Being offered from my private collection This an absolutely top of line example of a Parker "51" CONDITION : Near MINT CAP : 1/10 16K Gold. Imprint excellent. Absolutely NO brassing,dents,dings. The pattern is 4 thin stripes/space. Jewel is opaque without cracks or discoloration.Beautiful Blue Diamond completely intact. BARREL: A beautiful deep chocolate brown with high gloss finish. The inscription is readable but light.? if this was a light strike. Reads Parker "51" Made in U.S.A. Date code is 5 meaing that it was made in the last quarter of 1945. T are Absolutely NO scratches, chips,dings, or teeth marks on this barrel. It truly is pristine!!! T is a matching jewel on the end of the blind cap which is also in pristine condition. NIB : This is the original nib and a smooth writer. F toM Filler :This is a plunger fill pen. The plunger is in very good condition with very good spring.; After 52 years however the diaphram is plum wore out and will have to be replaced if you want to write with it. Length: Capped is 5 1/2" This pen is one of the best Parker "51" I have seen anyw Because it is in such pristine condition, I have placed a reasonable reserve of $175.00 so as limit the bidding to only those that are serious about their pens.
