VINTAGE PARKER DUOFOLD SENIOR LUCKY CURVE LACQUER-RED FOUNTAIN PEN Up for auction is a Vintage Parker Duofold Lucky Curve,the Senior, the largest in the model line, manufactured between 1921-1927. This Pen is one of the most recognizable and enduring pen ever designed. Beginning in 1921, the pen was an extroadinary success and helped propel Parker Pen Company into being the world's most successful pen manufacturer. The Duofold model line: Senior, Special, Junior and Lady, remained popular in Europe into the 1960’s as it was produced in various colors and was resurrected in the 1980’s again as Parkers Flagship model. One of many original display advertisements from 1921 depicts the Lacquer-Red Duofold Senior Lucky Curve. This acquisition is fundamental to any fountain pen collector deserving to be taken seriously by his peers.
