Here is a vintage pedigree Sindy doll WORKING WASHING MACHINE & SINK UNIT FOR SINDY'S KITCHEN REQUIRES 2 X D SIZED BATTERIES WHICH CAN'T BE INCLUDED DUE TO WEIGHT & POSTAGE RESTRICTIONS also includes the yellow washing up basin with dish brush & laundry basket it is by no means mint, but in good clean played with condition How it works:::::: The washing machine is white with removable clear plastic door embossed with the Sindy 'S' initial There is a small drawer for that all important washing powder. The machine has three settings.........off, wash & spin, this can actually wash Sindy's fab clothes, plus the spin is most effective!!! & it sounds just like a real washing machine. There is a rubber drain hose at the back to drain out the soapy water, then you can fill the machine again to rinse the clothes. Once that's drained away the laundry can be placed in a spin cycle, which really does move fast. The sink;;;The pump button on top of the tap is for pumping water into the washing machine and does not operate the tap itself however............................. if you move the switch on the washing machine to 'T' water is pumped automatically out of the tap !.
