Vintage Pedigree Walking Doll With Long Blonde Hair & Blue Eyes Holds Arms Out To You To Help Her walk & Her Head Moves As She Walks.This beautiful Vintage doll is in good used condition. The doll has recently been donated by one of our staff members who has had her in storage for many years. She has Pedigree on the back of her head and Made In England on her back. Her legs are jointed (one pin is sticking out at one side) her voice box is not working. I believe she used to say "Mama" She has some hand knitted clothes on. Her hair is sparser then it would have been originally. It appears to be on sewn onto a cloth cap? at the parting and hairline round the face. I am not familiar with what this is called as I have only seen either no hair or rooted hair in my past. Her eyelashes are intact and one side looks fine, the other side has the middle section shorter in the centre so not perfect. She has lovely little White teeth and these move . This doll has scratches and worn areas all over her but still remains a good example of these lovely dolls. Her head moves from side to side as she "walks" & she holds up her arms to you.Her little teeth do need a clean as some staining but I think this may come off with a cotton budShe stands approx 28" high so quite a big doll.
