Wonderful old handpainted pencil holder which looks like a little boy with blond hair, dressed with a red button up top wearing a green scarf and green bottom. Looks to be maybe early 1900's. The inside has visible signs of use with lots of pen / pencil marks. T are two cracks in the removable top. The bottom does not have any cracks. Measures 6 1/2" tall, 1 1/2" in diameter.
