This antique F.S. Webster pencil sharpener was patented June 21, 1892. Made of cast iron, the original black paint is fairly good with some of the original gold lettering and pin-striping still visible. The mechanism is simple and works well. On one side, along with the company name and patent date it says; Boston, Mass. U.S.A.. On the other side, besides the company name is; New York, Boston, Chicago. It would have been screwed to the top of a desk (it is presently screwed to a piece of plywood). It stands about 7" high and about 4" wide. The condition is very nice and there is no damage to the casting. U.S. shipping will be between $7.45 & $14.50 depending on zip code plus $6.20 insurance. Foreign shipping will be determined by the receiving country. Please read our home page regarding payment options and shipping policies. Thank you.
