The wheel is 12" across and works good. Metal housing but the base is plastic. Shows light use but is a nice piece.Please read full description and terms before bidding.Add $1.65 for $0.01 to $50,,$2.05 for $50.01 to $100, $2.45 for $100.01 to $200.00 for insurance if needed.My items are from Estate sales, Resale stores, etc and no idea of the history of the item and are used.Not sure what else you need to know so email any questions.
