's a great OLD & AUTHENTIC clock from Pepsi-Cola. This clock measures about 15 inches in diameter and is reverse lighted. I believe this piece dates from the 1940's or 1950's and I am selling it as BEING FROM THAT ERA. This means the Motor, the crystal, the bezel, and - most importantly - THE DIAL! Everything except the cord - which has been replaced with one about 10" long. It has the Telechron marking on the dial . I have been studying advertising clocks for many years and I am certain of this clocks AUTHENTIC lineage being AT LEAST 60 years old - GUARANTEED! Condition is nice, seems to keep time but no promises on it staying that way. The dial has a very light scratch near the 10 o'clock position - hardly noticeable. The bezel has a few little kinkles, and the usual wear from being in service is on the body, but still VERY PRESENTABLE! Take a look at the photos to get a better understanding as to the condition of this great item . GOOD LUCK! I just had an eagle eyed auction watcher ask me what that dark spot is near the 5 o'clock position on the photo taken in the dark. Well, that is from the wire inside the clock touching the back lit dial. This is quite common on these old Pam & Telechron clocks as its hard to expect those wires on the inside to stay in the same position that they were at from the factory 60 years ago. The read more
