New, as in never used, but it does have 40 years of shelf wear. Notice t is a tear near crashrail (which you'd presumably remove anyway for mini twinn restoration). I wiped it down to photo, but it's up to buyer to clean thoroughly. Correct persons pan for mini twinn. As-is, as pictured. See picture(s) for condition. Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
