Ebay a little boring lately? Didn't get what you REALLY wanted for Christmas?? ...... OR just looking for that perfect addition to your collection ? ...... Well you've stopped by the right place! Offered for auction is a superb 800 silver Italian figural dragons, ladies, gothic faces, fleur de lis, ribbed silver balls, flowers and scroll ..... extra long sautoir negligee necklace. The beautiful faceted amethyst-glass is most likely crystal or glass as that they are all uniform in color, so I do believe these are man-made stones, they are sparkling and a deep amethyst purple shade. This is a fabulous necklace, heavy and well made, the figurals are indicative of vintage Cini and Petruzzi, and it is marked 800 for silver content. This is a sexy, not so shy length, sure to get you and your neckline noticed in a crowd. It measures 16 1/4" down each side for a total of 32 1/2" around and then extends down 5 1/2" at the drop. The dragons portion measures 2" wide at the widest portion. T is no clasp, it goes over the head, but if you need a clasp I can add a sterling silver jump ring or closure for you. It weighs in at 69.5 grams. It is in excellent vintage condition with no damage and a lovely patina. This is a beautifully crafted necklace, very versatile and can worn in several different ways which makes it the perfect addition to your wardrobe or collection!
