Vintage Pewter Ice Cream MoldHalloween Witch Wearing Hat & Riding A Broom #1153 For Your Pewter Ice Cream Mold or Your Rotary Group Related Collection Details Description: A nice pewter ice cream mold in the shape of a witch wearing a pointed hat and appears top be riding her broom. The way her hair is lined, the posture and the lines of the pleats in her dress suggests that she is flying while riding a broom in a typical Halloween posture. The hinged mold is very smooth on the inside and the clean image of the witch. It also has two small thumb pieces at the edge to help open it. It is marked with the number 1153 on the hinge. Please carefully view the photos as they are part and parcel of our description. Date: Early to mid 20th century Origin: Uncertain, but most likely New York, USA Size: Measures 5 1/2" high with a base measuring 2" by 2 3/4" and is 4 1/2" at its widest including the hinge. Maker: Uncertain, but maybe E & Co. of New York Marks: Marked with the number 1153 raise on the hinge. Distinguishing Characteristics - Most Interesting About The Piece: This is a very nice and unusual piece to be used to make ice cream treats in Halloween.
