This auction is for a very beautiful vintage pewter teapot that was made in Holland by Hans Klein. It has a simple look, t are no ornate scrolls or cirliques. In fact, it looks very mid-century modern. The teapot features a wrapped handle and a very tight fitting lid. It is very sturdy and functional. The teapot stands 8" talls and is 8-3/4" from handle to spout. The tea-pot has a diameter of 2-3/4" w the lid meets the body. The body is 4-3/4" in diameter at its widest point.. The teapot is in extremely good condition. T are no breaks, cracks, dents or repairs. T are a couple of scratches (see photo). The bottom is marked Hans Klein, Den Haag, Holland. Note: The freight charge is an estimate, we don't box our items before the auction closes. Please wait for our invoice before paying for the auction, w e will generate and email an invoice shortly after the auction closes. DO NOT PAY before you receive our invoice as your shipping charge may change slightly. Terms and Conditions Winning bidder to pay shipping charges and insurance, if necessary. Insurance is required for any breakable items that close at $50 or more. Shipping charges are actual cost (usually USPS Priority Mail), t are no packaging or handling charges. Any oversize items and large pieces of artwork will be professionally packaged, double-boxed and shipped via UPS. We will gladly combine multiple auctions to save on shipping costs. We offer a three-day return policy only if the item is not as described and if it is returned in the same condition it was shipped in. I'm not an expert on everything and I try to describe items as best I can. Personal checks take 7 - 10 business days to clear. Items paid with Paypal, money orders or cashier's checks ship within 1 - 2 business days. Funds must be received within 10 days of close of auction unless otherwise agreed to.
