Up today for your consideration today is this Popeye character dispenser with no feet. The spring is tight and the head doesn't wobble. This item was stored in a closet for many years at my parents house and I'm the original owner. One side says U.S. patent 2.620.61 and "made in Austria" (see pic # 2). I'm not a PEZ expert.... so for all you PEZ collectors out t in the Ebay community please ask any questions before you bid.
