Vintage Pharmacy Drug Store Roll Wrapping Paper 1940's

This is a really neat old roll of drug store wrapping paper. Back in the day pharmacies and general stores would wrap your purchases in their own wrapping paper sometimes simple brown paper but sometimes paper that was made just for the specific or type of store. This is such a roll. The paper is watermarked with a diamond design and the saying "Your Druggist~Always Ready To Serve~Promptly, Economically". The paper measures 12" wide and I have no idea how many feet are in this roll but quite a bit from the thickness and tightness of the roll. The inside roll is made of cardoard and is distorted, it sure is old. T is no way to unroll the whole thing but based on unrolling a few feet it looks in great shape and would be fun to give to your favorite pharmacist or to use in your own display. This is very heavy (6 1/2 lbs packed) but I can offer flat rate shipping of $14 to anyw in the lower 48 to keep costs down. Let me know if you win and calculated shipping is more than $14 and I'll re-invoice. Really looks much better in person.

Thanks so much for looking and if you are interested in local pickup please email me . I also am happy to accept other means of payment; please email me if you win so I know. If you have less than 10 feedbacks you need to email me before bidding. I am always willing to help you in any way I can.

In the true spirit of auctions I try never to use a reserve and to start my auctions with a low starting bid to allow everyone a chance to win. I am very accurate and conservative in my descriptions and I offer a money back guarantee return policy.

I use Priority Mail, First Class & Fedex for most of my shipping. With the recent increases in shipping charges and the changes to the Ebay format I want to make sure that you know exactly what and how I charge. First; I almost always start all my auctions at 9.99 or less even if I have paid $100 or more for the item. It is a risk but it is more fair and fun that way. Sometimes I win, sometimes you win. Second, postal rates have increased. For the most part priority rate is now almost the same as parcel post. I almost always ship next day so that you receive your package within 3 days--I am very fast. I always pack carefully. While some of my boxes may be free I pay for others as well as bubble wrap, peanuts, tape ect. When I ship something small and charge first class mail, I'm packing in a new bubble mailer with the item inside carefully packed and wrapped several times. Confirmation is included in the shipping. This is how I make my living. Based on the effort that goes into finding, cleaning, listing, packing and shipping I don't think it's unreasonable to add a small packing fee, usually $1, sometimes 50 cents. I am always up front with my shipping fees and I offer a money back guarantee on everything I sell. Based on all of this If t's any reason why you wouldn't give me high marks in all areas of my feedback please contact me immediately. It is my goal to provide you with an excellent experience and I am also depending on you to respond in kind so I can continue to offer you unusual and scarce items at bargain basement prices. Thank you for your time.
