Up for sale is a large photo collection by Chase Statler Studios...Chase Statler Studios operated in the Wardman Park Hotel in Washington D.C. I was told that Chase Statler studios photographed many important political figures and entertainers that stayed at the hotel in Washington. Some of the photos are marked on the back" Chase Studios 1203 National Press Bldg. Washington D.C." This is rare photo collection fresh from an estate auction that has not been picked through. I have separated this large collection into 3 different lots due to size...I randomly picked the lots. I know nothing about photographs...I was told these were original prints from the negatives.... A 2 liter pepsi bottle was used to portray the picture size....the largest photo measures 11X14 inches... Not all of the photos are marked Chase Statler...some have no markings...but most are marked Chase Statler studios, Washington D.C. Some of the photos are identified by writing on the photos...Im not sure who a lot of these people are,but Im sure they can be identified... You are bidding on LOT 1 which contains about 47 photos...
