This wonderful vintage collectable was recently rescued from an Estate Auction. DESCRIPTION #565: Looking for a new forever home is this lovely rescued VINTAGE DRESSER or VANITY SET. The set is made of clear etched pattern lucite. The opposite side of the brush and hand mirror features a beautiful SILVER BROCADE fabric. This set is vintage and has signs of age although the set is very clean, especially the brush and the comb, appear unused. Very minimal cleaning would be required. The image side of the hand mirror is slightly blurry, you can definitely see your reflection but it is not clear and there are some areas around the edges of the mirror where the silvering is flaking, see photos. This is a very common characteristic of vintage mirrors. There is some slight pitting and surface scratching to the clear lucite that you can see with magnification. Lovely etched vine and floral design in the lucite that extends up the sides of the hand mirror and brush. Pretty scalloped clip adornment at the top of all the pieces which also have some age related inside cloudiness and lines. The hand brush back is made of light colored WOOD, white brush bristles are in great condition and are very clean. *FREE SHIPPING to ANYWHERE IN THE USA.
