It is always a thrill to find the ole 40's floral wool rugs. They are getting a bit tougher to come across . I remember my grammy having a house full of them and I thought they w so UGLY. haha. Now I search for them. If she w still alive I would be trying to get them out from under her rocking chair. This particular rug is approx. 9 x 11 1/2 . bound on all four sides, with slight loss on the binding from the fatal vacuum cleaning torture. The background color is a beige / gray tone. On the warm side. Smotd with divine bouquets of Pink to raspberry red Roses. T is some spotting and t as I tried to show in my pics. I took the pictures out side so t is sun glare and tree shadows . This bugger is too heavy to get into my house . Drug it out of the van and up the yard. I suppose I can't leave it t can I? Better go eat some wheaties as I am now whupped.
