Up for auction is this vintage game called "Pixie Board" made by Cadaco-Ellis and dated 1943. The game consists of one Pixie Board with instructions for the game on the back, a box for the answer blocks, 4 picture sheets, 2 sheets with pictures on either side and 48 answer blocks for the picture sheets. These answer blocks have puzzles on the back sides depicting Little Black Sambo, Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk and Cinderella. Puzzles measure 6 3/4" by 10 1/4". Little Black Sambo is missing the lower right corner piece but all other are complete. All are in good condition very little wear and the color is very good. The game is complete but does not have the box and the Pixie Board has a split on the inside of the spine. An interesting vintage game the object is to insert a picture sheet into the Pixie Board and match the answer blocks to the appropriate sheet. If done correctly, the puzzle will be completed.
