[zipedit] ; Can you say hoarder?I have recently purchased a large amount of jewelry from the estate of an elderly lady who bought multiples of items over many years, and never used them! Not only that...but apparently she inherited her parents estate, and it was much the same....except those items are even older!!! Please bookmark my listings, as it will take me along time to list all of this great vintage hoard! Items from this estate will all be prefaced with this paragraph. ITEM TYPE : vintage plastic bird brooch MATERIAL : vintage clear plastic with painted details (feathers, leaves) and a blue transparent faceted plastic belly (jelly belly?) and a few rhinestones MAKER/MARKS : unmarked DIMENSIONS : (please refer to measurements, and item with object for scale, as jewelry can appear larger on computer screen) Approx 2 5/8" tall, x 2" wide at widest point CONDITION : One clear glue-in rhinestone missing at shoulder, and maybe one on branch (not sure)...an easy fix, you probably have a few extra rhinestones lying around from old broken jewelry....Glue residue on reverse, around head and on belly area....possibly from an old "fix" by owner? The metal pin is fitted on a plastic top fitting and slips under a plastic c-clasp ....so should be treated tenderly, as old plastics can become brittle...I would place it on a blazer lapel
