For this auction we have a Plasticville Fire House Kit introduced in 1950. This Fire House is in excellent C-7+ condition and The Box is about a C-5 with some dog ears, tears, bites and loose flaps. The box is nevertheless able to hold all the parts for storage, and you can read all of the detail and graphics on the box. All the Fire House parts are there and none of the pieces have been glued together. There is a tiny bit of layout paint along the front edge that should clean off easily. This is a nice piece for the residential/commercial section of your layout. I am a member of TCA and TTOS and am thinning out my train and accessory collection of many years.
