DESCRIPTION This auction is for 3 Plasticville unused kits for plastic houses. Ranch House, Cape Cod and 2 Story Colonial. New/old stock showing wear to boxes. Payment is PayPal only. Payments must be received within 5 days of auction close. Shipping charges are noted at the Shipping & Payment Tab. I'm happy to combine shipping where possible. Buyers of multiple items, please wait for a combined shipping invoice from Seller. A $1.00 handling charge is included in the quoted shipping costs.
