For auction is a lot of miscellaneous parts that were part of a large layout that ran in the 50's and 60's in Phila. All the individual structures are/or have been listed or sold. Those which have not will be bundled together in smaller lots later on, so there is a chance to save on shipping or pick up parts for your collection or things that you need on your layout. I think what is shown is all Plasticville including the sign boards? There were no advertising inserts anywhere that I could find in an envelope, so they are going on as they are. All pieces are sold AS IS, AS SEEN with NO RETURNS in one box. Ask questions about what is shown; if you can't see everything, I will answer your questions. [The cleaning crew did not really do a good job with these last few items-see pics, they are better than shown.] Payment is due 24 HOURS after the AUCTION CLOSE; I like the eBay systems which due an excellent job of getting the right label on the right item with the correct shipping price on it, plus the buyer's protection which I believe to still be in effect.
