This is as nice a Bean Prison Hook as you will find. Very minor surface blemish in original nickel plating. Spring is strong. Stamped PATSEPT483. Very rare Police Hook. Illustrated in A GUIDEBOOK TO HANDCUFFS, page 229, by Alex Nichols. Do not pass this one up. Will accept check, money order or Paypal. Buyer pays $7.00 shipping.
