This bunny is so wonderful; he's love at first sight! As Antiques Road Show said recently, "everyone wants rabbits!!" (must be true, I seem to have alot of them, but then, you know how they multiply...) So I guess we'll see if they're correct! I've had this guy for about 25+ years, bought from a shop who only knew he "came from Europe," so I can't call him an antique, because I don't know his exact age...If you have access to good catalogs that list this porcelain house, maybe you can find him. As the photos show, he is made by "ERPHILA GERMANY" and he is also imprinted with the number 6701 and some sort of letter underneath (scripted "E"?). Anyway, he has gorgeous color intensity (the photography picked up too much glare to show it well, and his color range is better than it looks...he has a little bit of dark forest green blended into the darker colors), and is in EXCELLENT condition ...NO cracks, repairs, glaze pops or errors, or anything visible...the only thing my close inspection could find was a 3/16" chip in base rim (he's been sitting on a high display shelf for years, so don't know what happened t No crazing either! Inside, t are strainer holes on the spout to block tea leafs from pouring through, and he is clean enough that you can still use him. Love those floppy ears!! All laid back; too cute!! He is about a 3-4 cup
