This Vintage Porcelain lamp colorful, elegant, and unique! It has pinks, yellows, light teals, and periwinkles all in gobs bordered in gold on a black background. The best way to describe it , is if you bought a bag of bright colored candy, put it in a clear plastic bag and twisted the neck of the bag. The bits of candy would show throught the bag, and that is the way the motif of this lamp looks. I would also describe it as a swirling sea with flowers caught in the current. That explains the serpent like handles and fish feet. It has two different handles each with a serpent like look. The base of the lamp starts with a open floral pattern which creates the platform for the four fish feet. Above that is a circular band a brass with a open weave pattern. The lamp stands about 17" tall to the light bulb fixture, and the base is about 6"x 6". At the handles it is about 8" wide. It's dirty from being in storage, but with a good cleaning the colors with pop!. The metal parts of the light fixture are rusty,and it looks like it has the original cord. T are NO NICKS, CHIP, or CRACKS. This lamp needs a home with dignity and elegance to light up again! We will ship within 3 business days after payment has been received.
