Vintage Porcelier Porcelain Ceiling Light Fixture This is a beautiful vintage porcelain ceiling light fixture which was made c. 1920 - 1930 by Porcelier. Fixture is a creamy ivory porcelain decorated with pink, blue and yellow flowers with green foliage and gold gilt trim and details. This is a ceiling lamp with three light bulb sockets. The ceiling plate is 5 3/8 " diameter. The fixture itself is 12" high. The frosted glass shade is 16" diameter and 4" high. Fixture has 2 holes for hanging. This fixture has original sticker on the bottom which reads: UNDERWRITERS LABORATORIES INC., INSPECTED ELECTRIC FIXTURE, ISSUE A-39,048, PORCELIER, MADE IN USA. Light socket backs are marked: PORCELIER 60 w 250 V. This beautiful porcelain ceiling light fixture is in very good vintage condition, no chips or cracks and only very minor surface wear. The brass plate and nut are missing. T is a small amount of wear and plaster on the edge of the ceiling plate. Very minor, will not be seen when fixture is hanging and does not detract in any way from this great piece. No other damage we can find. Fixture needs to be re-wired. See pictures for details.
