Being offered for auction is the most ~~UNUSUAL~~ potato ricer or masher. It is marked with the "Native American Indian" ~~HAPPY SIGN~~ The logo of the manufacturer is marked in the sign stating "Dilyer Pat Mar. 17, (18)38 Nov. 3 (18)98. The ricer/masher is 8 1/2" across with a circumference of 26". T is a beautiful wooden knob used to turn the mashing mechanism. The bowl of the mixer ricer has a hook on the side to allow it to fit on the pan or bowl being used to catch the food being prepared. T is an extra large base rack used for attaching the ricer to a stable flat surface. Could this piece have been used on a ranch or chuckwagon environment?
