A great vintage teapot by Kensington Price of Stoke on Trent England. The pattern is called elegant. This teapot was made for everyday use and it shows on the piece with a lot of patina in the crazing. There are no chips or cracks on the teapot but the crazing does run throughout the pot. Its decoration is Jacobean pattern in beautiful colors of blue mauve green and gold. It is quite unique and would look lovely in a vintage display of old teapots. The mark is post 1963 when the Price brothers joined the Kensington Pottery Ltd company.
