Vintage Psychedelic Silkscreen Anti-War Poster 60's Rare! The first thing that springs to mind when you look at this great old poster is, "Far out, man!" It hails from the late '60s, but unfortunately, the message is just as topical today! It was made by the silkscreen process, you can feel the paint! This poster is in very good condition for it's age! On the bottom it says: Compass Points 201 S. Cooper, Memphis, Tenn. . It's size is approx. 32" X 211/2". The poster you are bidding on is not the poster in the picture but one just like it that is still in its original plastic and rolled, it has been stored for many years just the way it was first purchased! T isn't a date on this poster, but the other posters we have found in our blding have been between 1967 and 1973. The boxes these poster were in, were addressed to a different location of our store that existed in the late 60 and earily 70 and the posters were printed at that time, this store has been in its current location for 23 years. They have been in storage all this time up untill about a year ago when I started pulling them out a few at time pricing them and selling some in our store and some on ebay. I hope this answers any questions about the date of this poster, so that would make this poster something like 35 to 40 years old. Feel free to email me for more pics or questions! read more
