Vintage 20s or 30s PYRAMID JEWELED DRESSER SET 16 Piece Celluloid Bakelite Art Deco Vanity Set This lovely Pyramid marbleized celluloid dresser set, complete with violet-purple rhinestones (all present), is ready for you to display in very good to excellent shape unless mentioned below: CLOCK The key-wound clock measures about 6½” wide x 3½” high x 1½” deep. The clock is not working and seems like it is wound too tight. There is some oxidation on the back metal. TRAY This oval dresser tray measures 11” x 7 ¾” and features a lovely enclosed needlework piece. PICTURE FRAME The picture frame measures about 6¼” x 4¼”. The opening is about 2½” x 4”. The violet felt on the back is a bit worn and shows its age. HAND MIRROR I have doubts about the mirror being original to this set--the shape matches but there is no decoration. It’s heavy and measures about 15” long x 6” across. The mirror is beveled and while the mirror has cloudiness, there is no silver loss and it is usable. There are some spots on the mirror side of the celluloid and slight discoloration on the other side. COMB & BRUSH The comb is marked Pyramid and they both feature a faux pearl along with the rhinestones. The comb is a little warped and the brush is yellowed. The comb is about 7¼” x 1¾” and the brush is about 8½” x 2½” at the widest. POWDER JAR
