I have finally decided that I'm running out of time to quilt this and out of money to have it done. My mother called this "Flock of Geese" and it was pieced by my maternal Grandmother. Grandma Mac would stay with us for three months at a time. (Any longer and she would lose her Texas pension) During this time with us she liked to stay busy and my dad would see to it that she had new materials to work with. Grandma Mac had 10 children, so lots of grandchildren and she attempted to make either a crocheted tablecloth or bedspread for each one as they married. But by the time my brother and I married she had run out of steam, but we inherited all the quilts and tops she made while she was at our house from time to time. This one is quite large - at 103 x 66 it completely covers the top of my California King bed. Each print fabric forms a diagonal strip completely through the top (10 different cotton prints) and then starts all over again. If you don't want to quilt it, these make impressive table covers. I also had a jacket made from scraps of one that was not yet completed. From my mother's cedar chest to mine. Never used. We ship only to US Locations. Thanks for looking.
