Description :The item up for bids is a fine and rare promotional radar plate from Raytheon. It is heavy smoked glass with a four color (green, yellow, red, and orange) enamel design representing an air traffic radar display. There are vector lines and flight positions marked with coordinates. The graphics are great. It has an old school black oval Raytheon logo that looks like the one they were using back in the 1960s. It was hard to photograph the plate for some reason so I shot it on a black background, a white background, and a lightbox. The colors are probably closest to photos 1 and 4. I can't find other example of this plate so it might be fairly rare, don't let it get away - have some fun and bid!Condition :The condition is excellent vintage. There are no chips or cracks. There are a couple of light surface scratches (it's not utensil wear, this was a display piece). The enameling is in great shape. This one is ready for the museum. The pictures are the best indicator as to condition, please use the zoom feature and check them out.Dimensions :It is about 7 ½" in diameter.
